CODA SciSys - Acquisitions planned in both divisions

At first glance, CODA Scisys may seem an uninspiring choice as a growth share investment. But we think a rerating looks more than deserved. The original base was the Scisys business which historically specialised in the supply of IT services to the space market and still generates useful cashflow for the group albeit a relatively small share of total turnover. Management hint strongly at acquisitions to expand the business in Europe and at some point, it seems that Scisys is going to be demerged into a separately-listed entity.
