Results for the year to 31 March were twinned with the second acquisition since the AIM debut. Overall turnover was up 25% to £42.2m with growth in all three divisions. Adjusted pretax profit rose 52% to £6m while earnings lifted from 8.4p to 11.3p. The main success driver was the residential lettings business which provides a range of services and products, including references, rent-guarantees and various insurance products, to landlords, tenants and agents in the tenanted residential property sector.
