For the year to 31 March Tribal reported a profit before tax and goodwill up 326% to £8.1m with diluted earnings up 106% to 14.2p. The comparatives for last year are largely meaningless as the results included a strong first time contribution from a number of acquisitions.  Operating margins were 18.3%. Turnover lifted 161% to £45.7m and split  roughly between four areas: HR services (44%); IT services (30%); management consultancy (19%) and property consultancy (7%).  Tribal is targeting these services across the three government funded public sectors of education, local authority and healthcare; the three account for £14 billion of government expenditure.
