MSB - Enters finance and accounting market

The shares weakened again following an update on  trading at the AGM. This reported that conditions in the IT contractor market are still challenging. MSB is again taking action to reduce headcount. At the same time, it announced an intention to enter the market for finance and accounting personnel, reducing its dependency on the IT market. Beeson Gregory forecast a loss in the first half butexpect an up-tick in contractor numbers later in the year. Eps isforecast at 3.8p doubling to 8.9p next year. Resolutionsput forward by former chief executive, Peter Flaherty, to replace thechief executive were rejected. Given that Flaherty retains a 16.3%interest it could now put MSB into play. ...
