Kainos (KNOS; 1700p) has been a spectacular winner for SCSW. I made the shares a main profile in the August ‘15 issue at 189p, shortly after the company floated and the shares have 9-bagged in six years (I added them to GP3 and it still holds!). I was therefore particularly interested to see its smaller rival, Made Tech, join AIM in September.Like Kainos, MadeTech’s core business is Digital Services, designing and building high-quality cloud-based IT systems for central and local government departments to move public services online, both from a citizen facing point of view and the civil service internal systems.
