The company has also announced the acquisition of Go Outdoors for £112.3m.Go Outdoors operates 58 stores across the UK, the majority of which are situated in out of town retail parks. For the year to 31 January 2016, Go Outdoors had consolidated revenues of £202m and an operating profit of £6.1m. It therefore more than doubles the sales of the existing outdoor business, which trades as Blacks, Millets, Ultimate Outdoors and Tiso. Tipped at the equivalent of 208p, given high watermarks in sales last year, I would be inclined to top-slice at this juncture. ...
