The shares came off heavily in December after it said that some of the previously problematic contracts were still lossmaking and despite earlier reassurances will now cost £5m to close them out.  Consequently, UK Construction will now breakeven. Meanwhile, Fit Out, which carries out bespoke fit outs of entire buildings including datacentres, is doing well. So is Retail fit out where it is the number one UK player. Order book is £1.1bn with £840m for delivery this year.
