Despite recovery from the lows, shares in Phoenix IT infrastructure services at 133p still stand well off the peak of 465p reached in July 2007, buffeted by a string of dismal profit warnings, accountancy issues and several management changes.The company has three discrete divisions – Partner, which offers desktop and data centre support to large customers in partnership with IT services groups; Business Continuity, which sells disaster recovery services; and Managed Services, which offers a broad range of IT support services to mid sized customers.Following a meeting with chief executive, Steve Vaughan, last month it looks like the business is finding its second wind.
