DGS has bought EBU, an American business which provides pay-for-performance lead generation for the   education industry. DGS is paying up to US$3.8m (US$2.5m in cash and shares upfront with the rest based on performance). EBU made a US$0.4m operating profit last year and the deal is eps enhancing from day one. It comes with some proprietary technology of its own but in DGS' hands its prospects will be enhanced when combined with DGS' dgSMART platform. N+1 Singer has upgraded slightly to eps of 16.3 cents this year to end June with 20.5 cents next year. Strong hold. ...
