Another month, another Indian film breaks box office records. This month was the turn of the “3 Idiots†although not one from the film house of Eros. That said, shares in Eros (EROS; 168p) have finally sprung to life after it issued a draft prospectus and details of its planned fundraising and listing of its Indian subsidiary, Eros International Media Ltd (EIML), on the Bombay Stock Exchange. The listing will raise US$75m for the subsidiary and is likely to result in around 25% of the subsidiary being sold through a book building exercise by Enam, Kotak, Morgan Stanley and RBS.
