The first business day into the new year has seen our other NAP for 2006, Electric Word, announce that it is buying SportBusiness Group (SBG), a specialist sports publisher, for up to £2.74m. It is paying £2.49m upfront (£1.5m in new shares plus £0.99m in convertible shares) with £0.25m based on future performance.
