Tarsus - Exhibitions continue to perform strongly

Tarsus has reported that trading performance in H2 exceeded expectations with profits at constant exchange rates well ahead of last year. Of particular note were strong performances from the French businesses and from the two major shows in the US. Labelexpo Americas in September improved its like-for-like revenues by 13% compared to the previous show, two years earlier, and attendance by 5%. Rebookings for the next exhibition in 2006 have already reached 92% of the 2004 square meterage sold. Meanwhile, the Off-Price Specialist Show in August improved revenues by 9% with attendance up 6%.
