Regal Petroleum - Evolution suggests 550p price target based on Kallirachi success

Regal has confirmed that it has commenced drilling of an appraisal well SE-1 on the Suceava block in Romania, following an extensive seismic program over the past year. Suceava is one of the largest exploration and development blocks in Romania and covers 4,103 sq km. The Suceava Block, which has widespread evidence of hydrocarbons is adjacent to and on the same geological trend as the largest commercial gas field in Romania, operated by Romgaz (the Romanian national gas company) and is reckoned to be a very low risk drill. Results are due in February.
