The shares were inexplicably weak during the past month despite Polaron’s announcement that trading remains in line with expectations. It also announced a small infill acquisition of Lightfactor which distributes lighting & audio products and its sister company LightProcessor which manufactures lighting control equipment. The two businesses had sales of £2m in the year to 31 March.
