What looks an eps enhancing acquisition announced Christmas Eve went  unnoticed by the market. That was the acquisition of Agence de Presse Medicale (APM), a real-time health news information service in the French language, from Reuters for £5.27m in cash.  APM which supplies information to hospital managers, general practitioners and pharmaceutical companies, will expand Wilmington's existing presence in the healthcare sector through its Binleys brand,  which manages a number of NHS, healthcare and local government databases.
