The shares recovered from an earlier setback after Highbury said it had terminated sale talks regarding its non-core B2B publishing division after failing to attract worthwhile bids (including one from its management).Highbury said second half trading in that division, where most of the income is advertising related, was disappointing and had been exacerbated by a re-organisation and re-location of the business to a single location. Slightly more worryingly, it also said that the bigger consumer magazine side has seen some softness in its markets. September advertising sales were in line but October was disappointing.
