At the Extraordinary General Meeting, resolutions to remove Roger Holdsworth and Peter Saville were passed by 55.2% of the shares voted. The private resolutions proposed by Holdsworth and Saville to remove chairman, Neville Bain, and chief executive, John Bateson, were not passed.   Having announced a number of cost actions last August, Bateson may use this opportunity to do a kitchen sink job on profit now that the founders have left. Evolutionforecast eps of 6.3p and an uncovered dividend of 6.4p for the currentyear. With the shares back at the bottom of the recent trading range,they look a buy once more. ...
