Ahead of results next month, Microgen has issued a  statement for the year ending 31 December. Overall revenues and operating profit before an exceptional item will be in line with expectations. With two acquisitions completed and integrated in the period - OST and Wishstream - the  exceptional restructuring charge of £1.5m is  a provision to excess property.
