 S4 Capital (SFOR; 245p) is a purely digital advertising and marketing services company established by Sir Martin Sorrell five years ago when amid much gnashing of teeth (and allegations he put a brothel on his company expense account) he was forced out as CEO of WPP, a business he had founded 33 years earlier, building it from a shell company in 1985 into the world's largest advertising and marketing services company, with a market capitalisation of over £16bn when he left.
