Kape - Sales substantially over forecasts

Ahead of reporting on 22 March, Kape announced FY21’s sales are now expected to be substantially ahead at US$230.5m. Pretax profit is forecast at US$66.4m/eps 25.6 cents. Kape’s SaaS user base increased 158% to 6.5m (0.5m were added organically representing 18% growth) and Kape said it has also been able to reduce its average customer acquisition cost. Including ExpressVPN, acquired in December, Shore Cap forecasts sales of US$$618m with a pretax profit of US$151m /40.6 cents this year.
