It’s finally coming together at EMIS. Chief executive Andy Thorburn has had a great base to work from with £65m of recurring revenue. This month, ahead of reporting on 17 March, Thorburn has said FY21 will now come in over the top end of expectations. Cash has piled up ahead of what brokers had expected - and stands at £64m or 102p a share - and it has also put in place a £60m credit facility - so I suspect a large acquisition may be on the cards, with Thorburn having now cut his teeth on a couple of small deals. EMIS Enterprise is where the action is awaited.
