Ahead of H1 results on 5 February, Frontier Developments said all four of its game franchises performed well, as expected, over the Christmas period. Overall in H1 it recorded total revenue of £32m but the period included just 26 days of sales from Planet Zoo, which launched on 5 November, plus pre-order sales recognised at launch.Full year sales are guided to be in the range £65m-£73m but given that Planet Zoo has been the fastest selling PC game within Frontier's portfolio and also featured in Steam’s top 12 grossing new releases of 2019, the £39m needed in H2 sales looks a walk in the park.
