Arena’s full year statement said it delivered a strong performance in the US, with revenue beating expectations, whilst in the Middle East, trading was in line.Recent acquisitions (Stuart Rentals in the US and TGP in the Middle East), are both performing well. However, what has upset investors was that whilst the core UK arm had a number of new projects in Q4 (always a lumpy quarter) and exceeded revenue expectations, operational issues with several contracts caused Arena to incur additional costs (hiring in extra equipment, staff etc.).
