Supergroup - Peak period Q3 sales growth accelerates to 14.9%

New 52-week highs were seen before retracing after Supergroup issued its Q3 update for the 10 weeks to 10 January, which showed a strong performance over the peak period: like-for-like growth in Retail had accelerated to 14.9% in Q3, versus 11.9% in Q1 and 13.7% in Q2.E-commerce is now 24% of retail sales. Over the next year, the company should be able to fulfil European orders from its new DC, launch the new App and significantly improve its digital marketing effort. Supergroup also opened nine net new stores in Q3 adding 74,000 sq. ft. to its trading space.
