In a market rout where few were spared, EMIS shares came off undeservedly. Its trading update for 2015 has left forecasts for the year ended unchanged at £35.8m pretax profit / eps 45.4p and the statement indicates good progress in all divisions and will be announced on 16 March.A notable feature is that it has strengthened its position across all its main markets and that all of the new contracts are almost a permanent addition to revenues so should allow it to grow without missing a beat. The GP side improved its dominant market share from 54% to 55% and in Child Community and Mental Health it  lifted its share from 10% to 12% but growth is beginning to accelerate with a strong pipeline for 2016.
