We still remember our conversation with InternetQ last autumn when we asked the chief executive why the company had raised £6m in July but not bought anything. The remarkably candid reply was that investors had offered it money and as that offer may not be available in future, why not take it. Even now, a trading update six months later shows that cash remains intact at Eu9.5m but the pace of organic growth more than compensates for this. Sales for 2012 are said to have come in over Eu70m, up 45% - all-organic. The company said margins have improved in H2 and profits will be ahead of market expectations.
