Kewill has issued an in-line Q3 update. Despite the continued challenging macro-economic conditions, the recurring revenue base is giving the company significant visibility whilst the picture in terms of new licence sales has stabilised . In November, Kewill also completed a placing at 92p to raise £7.2m which it will use to make acquisitions in its core areas of compliance, logistics and reverse logistics. Investec forecast eps of 9.5p for the year ending on 31 March with 10.4p next year. But we suspect an acquisition is close and these numbers will be upgraded before too long. Kewill was most recently a main buy recommendation last May at 58p. Keep on buy list. ...
