Entertainment One (ETO; 60p) is involved in the creation, development and exploitation of entertainment based intellectual property rights, with particular emphasis on films, music and children's television programming. It is a strange beast, not so much for its business activities but because it has had a very fast moving corporate history. The company was originally set up in March 2007 by a group of investors, including Marwyn, with the intention of consolidating the film distribution industry. Contemporaneously, with the AIM listing, which raised £80m at 100p, it bought its first business E1 Group, a film distribution house  listed on the Toronto Exchange for £86m.
