Renesola began trading its shares in ADS (American DepositoryShares) form on the New York Stock Exchange on 29 January under thesymbol "SOL." A total of 10m ADSs each representing two shares, wereoffered at US$13 per ADS. Of the shares sold, 9.2m were new shares with0.8m sold by directors. The money will be used to purchase additionalwire saws and furnaces and also to prepay for raw material. Hanson Westhouse suggests that (at 462p) Renesola was trading at a 50% discount to its closest US peer, LDK Solar. Keep holding. ...
