Another tremendous month for Growth Portfolio 2; after last month's eyewatering gain of 14.4%, the portfolio rose 4.3%, nicely outperforming the benchmarks. That gain is mostly the result of continuing outstanding performances from Renesola and Caretech, both up over £1 on the month. As a result, the portfolio has now quintupled since operations started and stands at a record high. With Renesola soaring to 610p at one point, a rise of 276% since we bought them just three months ago, we couldn’t resist locking in some profits. 3,000 shares went at 570p. We also decided to topslice two of our other recent strong performers with 2,000 Scott Wilson sold at 315p and 2,000 Wilmington sold at 250p, showing gains of 68% and 16 ...
