Healthcare Locums (62p: HLO), led by former nurse Kate Bleasdale, isa fast growing healthcare agency business. The company was establishedin 2003 by Bleasdale who has been involved in the sector for more than18 years. In 1988, she was the founding director of Match, which listedas Sinclair Montrose and subsequently went private before being soldto  new VC backers in 2003. In that time, Match, whose mainbusiness was nurses, grew its sales from  a standing start to£188m by the time Bleasdale left to set up Healthcare Locums.By the time the shares listed on AIM in November, the group hadcompleted four acquisitions for a total of £25.8m.
