Over the month we met again with Dr Michael Flynn, chief executive of Sinclair Pharma (SPH;136p). The first time was back in December ‘03 shortly after the company floated although we didn’t write about it at the time. The placing back then at 115p had raised £8.9m new money for the company to value it at £61.8m. Having been as high as 153p and as low as 93p, the shares have resumed their uptrend. The pharma / biotech industry is well known for its long time frames, high level of risks and high expenditure.
