Ahead of reporting its results on 17 March, ArmorGroup issued a pre-close statement for the year ended 31 December. Growth over the last year has been driven by its activities in support of the reconstruction work in Iraq as well as by the growth of the international defensive protective security services market.Revenues in 2004 were US$190m, some 93% ahead of 2003, and almost US$20m more than we reckoned last month. ArmorGroup said that it expects to deliver operating profit before interest, tax, goodwill and exceptionals relating to the IPO “equal to, or slightly greater than, US$19.5m.”Await results. ...
