Latest results from Photo-Me reinforced a feeling that the best could be yet to come. The company has announced a solid performance from the photobooth side but it is the manufacturing arm where a real snowballing momentum is beginning to be developed.Overall, first half pretax profit almost exceeded the forecast for the full year and was up ten-fold to £15.1m in the first half for eps of 2.5p. Turnover was up 23% to £117.2m.  Net debt reduced by over three-quarters to just £7.9m. At the half year end, the total number of booths  worldwide had increased by 1k to 26k, but this a mature business with sales down 0.1% to £79.1m.
