The shares spiked higher after Ultimate confirmed that it has commenced work on the 1,300 capacity nightclub in Newcastle's Bigg Market. Sharewatch subscribers would be forgiven if they politely yawned throughout the excitement - we had indicated this development inthe January issue. At the same time, Ultimate has agreed a further £13mdebt financing package which will enable it to react to any new opportunities as they arise. Ultimate also reported that itexperienced strong sales over Christmas and New Year, although nospecific numbers were provided. Next results on 21 March. Still a buy. ...
