Wilmington has deployed one third of its cash pile on Phoenix HSC, which provides workforce health and safety training. The initial consideration is £30.25m with an earnout over the next three years. Phoenix is complementary to the previous Astutis acquisition and offers c50 different internationally recognised and regulated health, safety and environmental qualifications including NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) and IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health).
