The shares have been on an uptrend since last month’s earnings enhancing acquisition of Kx. This month’s interims have also been well received with sales up 9% to £37.5m and pretax profit up 18% to £4.5m despite currency headwinds. Adjusted eps was 16.5p (2013: 15.7p).
