An all time high of 17p for the shares after the usual deluge of announcements. The key one was  that following on from last month's placing, which raised £26.5m,QPP has placed a further 153.8m new shares at 13p to raise a further £20m with an institutional investor (unnamed but over 3%?- Editor). QPP said it has also received approval to extend its bank facilities by £13m to £65m.Tipped around the 6-7p level, hold for further gains and raise stop-loss to 14p. ...
