CSF - Good candidate for 2011 NAP

CSF, which operates four tier 3 data centres across South East Asia, has reported an in-line H1. Sales for the six months to 30 September were Â£12.7m with a pretax profit of Â£6.6m. Eps was 3.8p.These results, of course, included a Â£4.6m profit from the sale-and-lease back of the CX1 datacentre. CSFâ€™s subsidiary, Atlas, which project manages the construction of data centres including its own, also accounted for sales of Â£4.1m. Stripping both these items away shows that the rental revenue was up 19% to Â£4m plus another Â£1.3m maintenance income from Atlas - thus Â£5.3m is recurring revenue, which is the bit investors value.
