During the month we met again with Simon Rigby, chief executive of Spice, a provider of a range of outsourced infrastructure support services to utilities and major corporations. The shares already feature in Sharewatch Growth Portfolio 2 and Rigby quipped that we hadn't been in contact for a while and whether he had been struck off our Christmas card list. In our defence, we could perhaps be forgiven if we have been ignoring Spice in the past year because the Stockmarket has been in love with cyclicals. Also, Rigby himself likes to describe his business as being "boring and predictable," having always delivered on forecasts.
