Tarsus - Buys third largest event operator in Dubai

Tarsus has acquired WR Kern for an initial consideration of US$23.5mplus a deferred consideration of US$11.5m based on future performance.WR Kern is a UK-based holding company for Fairs & Exhibitions, thethird largest exhibition organiser in Dubai, with eight events coveringthree principal industry sectors: aviation, printing & packagingand education. The flagship event is the successful Dubai Air Showwhich runs biennially and is now in its tenth edition. In total the eight shows add 50,000 sq.m to Tarsusâ€™ existingportfolio of 150,000 sq.m and this is therefore significant.
