Powerleague - Rollout of new sites continues

At its AGM, Powerleague reported that trading for the first 20 weeks of the financial year was in line with management expectations, with both pitch income and sponsorship income showing solid growth. Last year's openings of 5-a-side-centres in Coventry, Bolton and London have all made positive contributions in FY07 and are all showing good utilisation rates. Rollout of new centres continues with two centres opened and a further two to open in H2, which would take the total to 36 sites. Powerleague also said it has three sites with planning permission already granted, a further four currently in the planning process and over thirty other sites at various stages of negotiations.
