Investee Agcert, 165p, has done well to steady the ship since September’s announcement when it said it had experienced delays in biodigestor installations as well as higher costs per installation. This month it said that an additional 57 farms have been completed, bringing the total now completed to 131. Agcert now expects to exceed its internal operational target of 170 completed farms by 31 December 2005. The recent completion time for digester construction has fallen to 12 weeks, compared with 16 to 20 weeks for the earlier installations. Agcert currently has 23 Project Design Documents (PDDs) in the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) regulatory process and anticipates nearly doubling its number of PDD submissions over the next 9 ...
