Ahead of its interim results on 13 December, Vega has announced that trading is in line with expectations and said that it is confident for the full year. As previously announced, a number of significant contracts have been won in the period, including further work for the UK intelligence community and the renewal of VEGA's operations support contract with the European Space Agency. The shares have softened in the last few weeks and although they trade on 12x April 2006 earnings (eps 15.2p), which is not expensive, the business is beginning to look subscale and the rerating is largely complete.
