Sales for the six months ended 30 September increased by 25% to £13.2m, helped by a full six month contribution of £3.6m from Tradepoint. Helped by interest on the continuing high cash pile, pretax profit was £0.7m up from £0.5m. Earnings per share emerged at 1p versus 0.7p. After paying £2.2m for Tradepoint/Shipnow acquisitions during the period, net cash at the period end fell by £1.2m to £17.9m. The weakening dollar meant a 10% decrease in overall revenues, although quite a different mix compared to last year.
