Strix’s trading update for H1 said total exposure to the Russia-Ukraine conflict is now estimated to be c.£5m-£7m of revenues for FY22. This is because peripheral states are beginning to experience spill over consequences in terms of levels of demand and logistical challenges. Despite that it said FY22 post-tax profit will be in line with the consensus estimate of £32.2m, although this year will see an H2 weighting to profitability. Zeus forecasts eps of 15.4p and a dividend of 8.6p for the year. Results are on 21 September. Strix remains a quality business and a big buy opportunity is looming at some point. ...
