Results for the year to 31 March set a record. Sales were up 20% to £67.4m reflecting a full year contribution from Pacer (+4% organic), pretax profit was up 34% to £4.7m and eps +29% to 46.9p. The full year dividend of 12.5p has been maintained.The Manufacturing division, which supplies high specification ruggedised computers, custom battery packs providing portable power and advanced antennae, has been the swing factor as it is the highest gross margin part of the group (38.7% this period). Divisional sales grew organically by 9% to £28.2m and profit by 56% to £4.5m, with margins increased from 11% to 15% boosted by sales mix and operational gearing.
