Dart Group - FY19 forecasts jump 56%

I said back in March at 814p that it was too soon to trouser a profit, so it was pleasing to see Dart’s shares soar by 260p the day of full year results to hit an all time high of 1004p. This was after Dart accompanied the results with a statement saying current forward bookings means that profits “will substantially exceed market expectations.”2018 was a year of strong passenger growth for both Jet2.com and Jet2holidays and group revenue increased by 38% to £2.4bn. Pretax profit improved by 13% to £114.6m excluding a £20m forex gain.
