Restore - Buys No.2 in shredding

Restore has concluded a second sizeable deal in 12 months, with the acquisition of PHS Data Solutions. PHS is the UK’s second-largest document shredding provider (£29.9m of revenues), as well as having a significant records management arm (£11.1m of revenues) and a presence in document scanning (£5m-6m of revenues).The deal adds an additional 2.3m boxes increasing total boxes in storage by c.15% to over 15m and further cementing Restore’s No.2 market position in storage (behind Iron Mountain).
