Ahead of results on 15 September, Restore said its core records management business continued to perform well with organic annualised box growth exceeding expectations at 8%. Following some rationalisation of smaller sites, capacity utilisation is above 90%. Restore Shred traded satisfactorily.However what upset the market was news that there has been a setback for the scanning business acquired with Cintas where significant technical problems on a major seasonal contract resulted in cost over-runs. Consequently brokers have downgraded eps forecasts for the year by 5% to 14.5p. The problematic contract has ended so forecasts for next year remain unchanged at 16.6p. Strong hold. ...
